IlluminArt Philharmonic Orchestra consists of talented soloists who won many awards and consist of players who have experienced principal players of national and international chamber groups or orchestras.
It’s a new style orchestra which haves no national boundaries and it’s supported by three policies "Create with audience", "Educational programs" and "Global activities". Tomomi Nishimoto, Gleb Nikitin, and Hiroyuki Tsuji are appointed as main conductors.

Besides performing classic music, IlluminArt Philharmonic Orchestra can flexibly perform various kinds of entertainments such as opera, ballet and is motivated to collaborate with any kinds of genres. IlluminArt Philharmonic Orchestra can be said it’s one of the best orchestras as it has skilled players in each part.

IlluminArt Philharmonic Orchestra debuted with "Ballet Asteras 2012"(Conductor: David Garforth) at New National Theatre, Tokyo in July 2012.
Also the tour in September had a successful start as a performance in Itabashi was sold out and another performance held in November 2012 in Ueno Onshi Park attracted good evaluation for its high quality performance collaborated with interactive artists using the stage lightings and screen images. After that successful performance, we had a show call “Madam Butterfly” and we got a loud applause by the audience for its dynamic and dramatic performance.

There are more events coming up that Tomomi Nishimoto and Tetsuko Kuroyanagi will have a joint event in May and “Ninth Symphony” show will be held in June in Kitakami city, Iwate prefecture. We are always working on how to make more audiences to join our events and trying to provide as many attractive think-out-of- the-box ideas as possible.

• - Provide brief lectures before starting open rehearsals and concerts

2. Promote music for youth and local public

• - Provide emotional development education in kindergartens, elementary schools, junior high schools and high schools.
• - Encourage club activities in elementary schools, junior high schools, and high schools.
• - Provide lectures for school music teachers in elementary school, junior high school, and high school.
• - Organize workshops for local musicians, children, and brass bands and more.
• - Organize joint concerts with Japanese traditional singing, drumming and dancing teams and armature orchestras and choirs.

3. Educational Program for New faces

• - Organize competitions to select soloists for the orchestra.
• - Organize auditions to discover new faces.
• - The champion of the above auditions can join the orchestra concerts conducted by Tomomi Nishimoto.
